This 30‑minute appointment gives you two options:
In‑Home Diagnostic: We come to your home and check your device on the spot. Most issues can be diagnosed during the visit. If the problem requires advanced testing or tools, we’ll bring the device back to the office for deeper diagnostics and contact you with the results.
Pickup & Drop‑Off: We pick up your device, run a full diagnostic at the office, then contact you with the findings and repair options. Once the work is approved and completed, we return the device to your home.
The $49 diagnostic fee is waived when you approve any repair or service over $70.
